| 1. Eligible and interested candidates are required to appear for the direct walk-in interview on the scheduled date. 2. Candidates should bring a duly filled application form (Annexure-I) along with a recent passport-size photograph. 3. Applicants must carry the original documents along with self-attested photocopies of the following: • MBBS degree certificate and mark sheets • Experience certificate (if applicable) • Proof of date of birth (Matriculation/10th certificate) • Valid Medical Registration Certificate issued by the State Medical Council/MCI • Photo identity proof (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Voter ID / Driving License / Passport) 4.
