| 1. Sr. Manager/ Manager (Ports & Waterways): Master’s Degree in Marine engineering and management; Ocean Structures / Engineering; Structural Engineering or equivalent /synonymous/ similar qualification is required. 2. Manager (Coastal Modelling): Master’s Degree in Coastal Engineering; Marine Engineering & Management; Ocean Structures/ Engineering or equivalent /synonymous/ similar qualification required. 3. Assistant Manager (Port Planning): Master’s Degree in Transport Engineering/Transport Planning /Urban Planning or equivalent/synonymous/similar qualification. 4. Manager (Civil/PPS): Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with certification in project planning software like primavera or MS project. 5. Group General Manager (HR) and Assistant Manager (HR): MBA/ PGDBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM/ PGDHRM or equivalent in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare/ MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR/ Personnel Management. 6. DGM (Civil-Marine Structural Expert): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Full time course) and Post graduation in Marine Structures or Coastal Engineering or Ocean Engineering or equivalent qualification. 7. Deputy General Manager (HR): MBA/PGDBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR /Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR/Personnel Management.
