| Eligibility Criteria |
| • Junior Engineer (Civil) – Water Resources: Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an institution recognized by the Odisha Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training. • Junior Civil Engineer – Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water: Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution. • Junior Engineer (Civil) – Municipal Administration: Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution and must be computer literate. • Tracer (District Offices / State Cadre Field): HSC or equivalent, NTC (Draughtsman Civil), Basic Computer Skill Certificate, and AutoCAD Certificate from recognized institutions. • Junior Draughtsman (H&V Cadre): HSC with NTC in Draughtsman (Civil) and knowledge of Computer Applications & AutoCAD. • Architectural Assistant: Diploma in Architectural Assistantship from a recognized institution. • Cameraman: +2 with Diploma/Degree in Cinematography and skills in digital camera, lighting, and AV production. • Photographer: +2 with Diploma in Cinematography and skills in digital photography and editing software. • Sound Recordist: +2 with Diploma/Degree in Sound Recording/TV Engineering with field and studio recording skills. • Mechanic: +2 with Diploma in Electronics and skills in equipment repair. • Video Film Editor: +2 with Diploma/Degree in Film Production and skills in production and editing. • Assistant Operator: Diploma in Electronics with knowledge of operation and maintenance of audiovisual equipment.
