Bombay High Court has released an official notification for Bombay High Court District Judge Recruitment 2026. This recruitment drive is being conducted for 89 District Judge posts.
All eligible and interested candidates can apply online through the official website of the Bombay High Court. The online application process commenced on 30 January 2026 and will remain open until 17 February 2026.

| • Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university. • Marathi: Must be able to speak, read, write, and translate between Marathi and English. • Experience (as on 30-01-2026): • Option 1: Practicing Advocate in Bombay High Court/subordinate courts OR Judicial Officer in Maharashtra Judicial Service for 7+ years (includes service as Law Clerk, Public Prosecutor, or Government Advocate). • Option 2: Public Prosecutor or Government Advocate for 7+ years (advocate practice counted). • Serving Judicial Officers: 7 years includes service as Judicial Officer, Public Prosecutor, Advocate, or Law Clerk. • For more details check the official notification PDF. |
