| Professor: • Medical Qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. • Postgraduate qualification (MD/MS) or equivalent in the respective discipline. • M.Ch. for surgical super specialities and D.M. for Medical super specialities (2, 3, or 5 years course). • Experience: 14 years (MD/MS) or 12 years (M.Ch./D.M. 2/5 yrs) or 11 years (M.Ch./D.M. 3 yrs) teaching/research experience. Additional Professor: • Medical Qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. • Postgraduate qualification (MD/MS) or equivalent in the respective discipline. • M.Ch. for surgical super specialities and D.M. for Medical super specialities (2, 3, or 5 years course). • Experience: 10 years (MD/MS) or 8 years (M.Ch./D.M. 2/5 yrs) or 7 years (M.Ch./D.M. 3 yrs) teaching/research experience. Associate Professor: • Medical Qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. • Postgraduate qualification (MD/MS) or equivalent in the respective discipline. • M.Ch. for surgical super specialities and D.M. for Medical super specialities (2, 3, or 5 years course). • Experience: 6 years (MD/MS) or 4 years (M.Ch./D.M. 2/5 yrs) or 3 years (M.Ch./D.M. 3 yrs) teaching/research experience.
