| • Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institution. • Degrees obtained through regular, distance, or open mode are valid, provided the university is recognised by the UGC. • Final-year students may apply but must submit proof of qualification before the final selection. • Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Odia, and should have passed Odia as a subject or medium at the prescribed level. • Applicants must be citizens of India. |
