| Eligibility Criteria |
| • The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the examination for the posts of Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) and Senior Hindi Translator (SHT) across various central government ministries, departments, and organizations. Educational Qualification • Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Hindi or English, with the other language as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level. Alternatively, candidates having a Master’s degree in any subject with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory subject at the graduation level are also eligible. In addition, applicants should possess either a recognized diploma or certificate in translation (Hindi to English and vice versa) or have at least two years of experience in translation work in any central or state government office, PSU, or autonomous body. • For complete eligibility details and other conditions, candidates are advised to refer to the official SSC notification. |
