The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has officially released a notification for the recruitment of Primary Teachers (PRT). A total of 1180 vacancies have been announced under this recruitment drive. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online through the official DSSSB website: https://dsssb.delhi.gov.in/.
The online application process will begin on 17th September 2025 and will remain open until 16th October 2025. Applicants must note that the maximum age limit to apply for these posts is 30 years.

| Educational Qualification Candidates must meet any one of the following educational qualifications: 10+2 (Intermediate) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) OR 10+2 with 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) (As per NCTE Norms, 2002) OR 10+2 with 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) OR 10+2 with 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) OR Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) Additional Requirements Must have passed CTET (Paper-I) conducted by CBSE Must have studied Hindi/Urdu/Punjabi/English as a subject at the Secondary level Equivalent qualifications from any recognized Board/University/Institution in India are also accepted |
