| Eligibility Criteria |
| Para Legal Volunteer – Samastipur Total Posts: 50 Eligibility: Indian citizen (male/female/third gender), Matric (10th pass), resident of Samastipur district, interested in voluntary social service and legal awareness; persons like teachers (including retired), retired government servants, senior citizens, Anganwadi workers, doctors, students, NGO/club members, SHG members, Jeevika/mitra group members and other individuals (except advocates) may apply. Para Legal Volunteer – Rosera Total Posts: 25 Eligibility: Same eligibility as above; selection will be done on area-wise basis so that PLVs can work in villages or group of villages of Rosera subdivision. Para Legal Volunteer – Dalsingsarai Total Posts: 25 Eligibility: Same eligibility as above for Dalsingsarai area; preference to applicants willing to work at grassroots village level. Para Legal Volunteer – Patori Total Posts: 25 Eligibility: Same eligibility as above for Patori area. |

| • Scrutiny of applications submitted in prescribed format along with required documents. • Preparation of shortlist/panel on the basis of eligibility, local residence, social service interest and other criteria fixed by DLSA. • Issue of interview call letter (interview letter format is enclosed in the notification) to shortlisted candidates. • Interview and interaction at DLSA Samastipur for final selection. • Preparation of final panel of PLVs; panel period will be valid for one year. |
