| Tenure & Conditions |
| • Initial engagement for one year. • Extendable up to five years or till attaining 65 years. • Purely contractual in nature. • BARC reserves the right to terminate re-engagement at any time. |
| Salary |
| • Fixed monthly remuneration equivalent to 50% of last pay drawn. • Transport Allowance: 50% of entitlement at retirement. • No DA, HRA, Increment, TA/DA, GPF or Gratuity during re-engagement. |
