The National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR) has released an official notification for NIRDPR Recruitment 2026 for the posts of Senior Capacity Building Consultant and Capacity Building Consultant.
A total of 98 posts have been announced. Candidates having a postgraduate degree are eligible to apply. The online application process has already started, and eligible candidates can apply through the official NIRDPR website.
The last date to apply is 29 January 2026, and the maximum age limit is 50 years as per the post.

| Eligibility Criteria |
| Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute. Senior Capacity Building Consultant: Minimum 9 years of experience in Panchayat Governance, Rural Development, Decentralised Planning, Capacity Building & Training. Capacity Building Consultant: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Panchayat Governance and Rural Development sectors. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in RGSA, SDGs localization, GPDP/BPDP/DPDP planning, and Training of Trainers. For more details check the official notification PDF. |
